Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize the provided training materials to navigate internal systems and databases effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to maintain high service quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Participate in daily morning briefings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Must be a reliable, self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
