Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding product features and troubleshooting during night shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate complex issues to the day shift team to ensure continuity of support.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously learn and update knowledge about our software products to provide accurate assistance.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company standards for call handling and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior customer service or technical support experience required.
- Availability: Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong typing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and friendly demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
