Responsibilities
- Accurately package and sort incoming shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including pallet jacks and scannersPerform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
- Complete daily paperwork and digital logging tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible night schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
