Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and product data into our proprietary software systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and support staff during shift handovers.
- Meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor data entry errors under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ WPM preferred).
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and internet connection (if remote hybrid).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
