Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Willingness to participate in our paid training program.
