Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues using established protocols.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the Senior Support team promptly.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on your daily interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during quiet periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa facility.
