Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat during our active night shifts with patience and professionalism.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate to senior team members when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and account status using our CRM software.
- Product Knowledge: Complete assigned training modules to become an expert on our products and services to better assist clients.
- Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed daily performance metrics regarding call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adaptability: Work independently in a remote-first environment while adhering to company protocols and schedules.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior customer service or technical experience required; we train you from the ground up.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar) including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers, navigating web browsers, and typing is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Reliability: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
