- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics and performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Support system monitoring during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome!)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency and typing ability (40+ WPM)
