Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during assigned night shifts.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions into our CRM database with precision.
- Maintain a positive and calm demeanor while assisting customers in potentially stressful situations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance standards and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute) and basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
