Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email regarding product inquiries and technical issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve customer tickets efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through continuous learning sessions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
