Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into the CRM database.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and product information.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent service quality during night operations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
