Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.

- Input accurate data into the CRM system to track customer interactions.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for our clients.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our products and services.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required for night shift access.
