Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and account questions with accuracy.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Participate in daily morning stand-ups and quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work nights (10 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows/Mac OS).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
