Responsibilities
- Support Operations: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during our night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Training Implementation: Complete the provided training program to master our internal systems and service protocols.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex matters to senior support staff.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal team members and external clients.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company standards to ensure high-quality service delivery during every shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide the training.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong typing skills are essential.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Location: Must reside within or be willing to commute to Washington, DC.
