- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process transactions and update CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Maintain service level metrics above 92% for quality assurance
- Participate in monthly cross-departmental training sessions
- Adhere to HIPAA and PCI compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
