- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service coverage and continuity.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work Night Shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
