Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism.
- Assist customers in resolving product issues and account inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM software is a plus.
