Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including first-contact resolution and CSAT scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems quickly
