Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Resolve billing and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) targets
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to our downtown New Orleans location
