Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries during night hours.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, shipping, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
