Responsibilities
- Answering and resolving a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
- Entering and maintaining accurate customer data, orders, and service records in our internal CRM system.
- Assisting clients with basic technical troubleshooting and product information to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhering to company quality assurance standards and call scripts during every interaction.
- Collaborating with the day shift support team to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuity.
- Documenting customer feedback and reporting system issues to the technical department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable computer hardware and high-speed internet connection required.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to type efficiently.
