Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers during night shift hours.
- Resolve Issues: Utilize training resources to troubleshoot problems and provide accurate solutions to client concerns.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and account updates into the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift teams to ensure continuity of service.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed daily performance metrics regarding call quality and speed.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and apply knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certification required.
- Reliable Computer: Access to a computer with a stable internet connection is mandatory.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and de-escalate tense situations calmly.
- Focus: Ability to maintain high concentration during quiet and busy periods.
