Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred (candidates with experience are also welcome).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
