Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and shipping docks according to safety protocols.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We train all new hires from scratch.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory and labeling tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
