Responsibilities
- Packaging & Processing: Operate packaging machinery and prepare products for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Assist in sorting, counting, and organizing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for defects and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- General Labor: Perform light maintenance on equipment and assist in various operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (candidates without a diploma will be considered based on experience).
