Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during night operations.
- Process incoming data, orders, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Complete assigned training modules and shadow senior staff to learn best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
