Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems to process orders.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high standards before shipment.
- Picking and Packing: Retrieve items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for dispatch with precision.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the night shift.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating simple software and handheld scanners.
