Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Take vital signs and prepare patients for appointments
- Administer injections and medications as directed
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked and sanitized
- Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No medical experience necessary - training provided
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR certification preferred (will be provided)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
