Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy under physician supervision
- Assist with patient examinations and minor procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Manage patient records and electronic health documentation
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Administer injections and medications as per protocols
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong desire to work in healthcare field
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for EHR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to complete 8-week paid training program
- Current BLS certification (provided during training)
