Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week paid clinical training program covering patient care, medical terminology, and administrative tasks
- Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and patient documentation
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and basic lab tests under supervision
- Manage patient flow and maintain clean, organized examination rooms
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation
- Support patient education and appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain during training
- Pass background check and drug screening
