Responsibilities
- Complete 4-week paid training program covering clinical procedures, medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and routine procedures
- Perform vital sign measurements and EKG screenings
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient documentation
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Administer injections and collect patient specimens under supervision
- Provide compassionate patient education and support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior medical experience necessary – training provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn EHR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid CPR certification (provided during training)
