Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Manage patient records using EHR systems
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Provide administrative support including scheduling and billing
- Participate in 12-week paid training program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong desire to pursue healthcare career
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain certification upon training completion
- Basic computer literacy
