Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Support the SEO team with keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Create engaging blog posts, newsletter content, and promotional copy that aligns with brand voice.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare weekly performance reports for the marketing manager.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure all visual assets meet quality standards.
- Update and maintain the company website and CMS (Content Management System).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, social media, or a related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and meet tight deadlines.
