As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure our brand voice remains consistent across all channels. From creating compelling graphics to analyzing campaign performance, your contributions will drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, flyers, and blog posts using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Manage and update the company website content using WordPress.
- Support email marketing campaigns by drafting newsletters and tracking open rates.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
