Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging copy for blog posts, newsletters, and email marketing blasts.
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare weekly performance reports to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Support the coordination of events and local community engagement activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a marketing or administrative support role is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics is highly desirable.
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
