Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- SEO Support: Conduct keyword research and optimize web content to improve search engine rankings.
- Email Campaigns: Support the design and distribution of newsletters and promotional emails using tools like Mailchimp.
- Content Creation: Draft blog posts, case studies, and press releases under the guidance of senior marketing staff.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute local marketing events and webinars in the Scottsdale area.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Admin Support: Maintain marketing calendars and track project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or an internship is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical: Familiarity with basic SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush) or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is highly valued.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote Work: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Location: Must reside in or near Scottsdale, AZ, to attend quarterly in-person team building events.
