What You'll Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in the execution of our marketing strategies. You will work closely with senior strategists and designers to ensure our clients' brands resonate with their target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content for multiple client accounts.
- Conduct keyword research and basic SEO audits to improve organic search visibility.
- Support the design team by creating simple graphics and presentations using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor social media engagement metrics and provide weekly performance reports.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management and content drafting.
- Manage the company blog by researching topics and writing engaging articles.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events and webinars, including registration and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Strong writing skills with a keen attention to grammar and style.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs) and analytics (Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week, preferably during standard business hours.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote-first setting.
