- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics to inform marketing strategies.
- SEO Support: Collaborate with the team to optimize website content for search engines and track keyword performance.
- Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and assets are delivered on time.
- Data Analysis: Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: No prior marketing experience required; however, any experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is highly valued.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) and attend mandatory training sessions.
- Reliability: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
