Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in managing and scheduling posts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule engaging content for email newsletters and the company blog.
- Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support the graphic design team in creating simple visual assets and presentations.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and customer databases.
- Assist with event coordination, including setup and on-site support for local marketing events.
- Monitor social media engagement and report on basic performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; recent college graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to New Orleans, LA.
