Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media posts.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Conduct market research and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and high-quality.
- Update and maintain the company website and CRM database.
- Support event planning and trade show logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of professional experience or internships in marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Milwaukee, WI.
