Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Support the SEO team by conducting keyword research and optimizing web copy for search engines.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with graphic design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Assist in organizing and attending local industry events and trade shows.
- Update and maintain the company CRM and customer databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or administrative support.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
