Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create compelling email marketing content using Mailchimp and HubSpot
- Assist in developing blog posts, ad copy, and promotional materials
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and Sprout Social
- Coordinate with design team for visual asset creation and branding consistency
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across platforms
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research and on-page optimization
- Collaborate with sales team to generate lead-generation materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in digital channels
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio samples
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email campaigns
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency preferred
