Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and update company social media profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Write and edit engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and website copy.
- Conduct basic market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce visual assets for campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Support the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks and event coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Laredo office.
