What You Will Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be the engine behind our promotional campaigns. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute strategies that drive traffic and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Conduct keyword research and basic SEO audits to optimize website content.
- Create engaging blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials using CMS tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly performance reports for management.
- Support the logistics of local community events and networking functions.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush).
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce error-free content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Sacramento, CA.
