Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Curate and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, engaging with our community daily.
- SEO & Analytics: Assist in keyword research and monitor website traffic using Google Analytics to optimize performance.
- Content Creation: Write compelling blog posts, newsletters, and ad copy that aligns with our brand voice.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of local marketing events and trade shows in Hawaii.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Administrative Support: Manage marketing calendars, organize assets, and assist with basic graphic design using Canva.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or social media role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Creative Mindset: Strong writing skills and a keen eye for visual design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Honolulu, HI office.
