What You Will Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing department in executing campaigns, managing our online presence, and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) by creating and scheduling content.
- Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics.
- Maintain marketing materials and ensure all assets are up-to-date and professional.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly reports for the marketing manager.
- Support event coordination for local networking and trade shows in the Fort Worth area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
