Responsibilities
- Manage and curate content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in the creation of engaging blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy.
- Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research and analyzing website performance.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce visual assets for campaigns.
- Track campaign metrics and prepare weekly reports for the marketing manager.
- Help organize and manage events and promotional activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred.
- Previous experience as a marketing assistant or in a related administrative role is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with flexible scheduling.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics.
