Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Assist in creating engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) for digital channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Support email marketing initiatives including newsletter creation and segmentation
- Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize PPC campaigns
- Coordinate with design team for visual assets and brand consistency
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Expertise in social media management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional local events)
