Responsibilities
- Manage and curate content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy and tracking open rates.
- Conduct keyword research and basic SEO tasks to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare weekly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update the company CRM database with accurate prospect information.
- Support the coordination of company events and webinars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot), and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
