Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Create compelling content (graphics, videos, blog posts) using provided Adobe tools
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies weekly
- Manage CRM database and track lead generation activities
- Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials and events
- Assist in SEO/SEM initiatives and website content updates
- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics
